    I have tried to get tech support for Maxim DL6 multiple times, but my application is rejected. I have a valid license, very frustrating. How do I get support?

    This is the email response I get:
    We regret to inform you that an error occurred validating your request to activate your Diffraction Limited Technical Support subscription. Please return to the Technical Support Application Form, and ensure the details you entered were correct. The Technical Support Application Form can be found at:

    Repeat, fail, repeat...
    No other options. How do I get support?

    Not sure why it didn't work, but I've manually set you for access.
