Hello, I am trying to integrate my AllSky-340C camera into LabVIEW, but I am having an issue establishing a link. Everything that has been posted in this thread is the same exact thing that is ocurring with my unit. I followed all the steps and the USB has been configured to have the correct driver uploaded. However, when going into CCDOps, there is not link established. It actually times out. My driver is up to date as I have triple checked.I have a copy of the error that I am receiving attached. You should not hijack other support threads with unrelated issues. You need to create a new thread pertaining to your hardware and issue. I will do that for you with this thread.
