I need help on the brand new filter wheel. Was working perfectly . Few days back it suddenly went dead on startup. All connections checked OK. CCDops sending command via the STF-8300 to select filter but nothing moves. Opened filter cover and checked out. No loose wires or anything out of place. Please advise if I can do something about it or send it for service..Purchased the package a few months back.

This has been handled, Tapan found an open fuse.

I'm having the same type of problem. FW not moving. Maxim is reporting the filter wheel moving, but it is not. Even tried CCDops. Is this a user fix? Where is the location of this fuse.
