    Hi
When I take a picture with my STX 16003 the guider lost stars.
In the guider there are no stars.
If I don't take picture the guider and the guiding is ok
    Could you help me?

You need to bring all the software up-to-date, including the camera firmware and drivers, and also MaxIm DL.

MaxIm DL has some useful logging features, including Guide tab / Options / Record Tracking Images. If you can record images while that "disappear" problem happens, then ZIP up and upload your images, then maybe that will help us see what is going on.

Also the Log window records a bunch of logging information, which would be useful to see as well.

That isn't very useful as it provides no diagnostic information.

I can say that the star looks very out-of-focus, and as a result of being off-axis it is rather warped. Maybe the software is having trouble identifying it as a star.
