    Happy Holidays, Doug!

Believe I know the answer to this question, but thought to pass it by you just in case. I'm running three SBIG cameras simultaneously - two ST-Is and one STX-16803. It seems the only way to manage this is with three separate PCs. With this setup I have the ability to track, rotate, and download images simultaneously on an ALT/AZ platform. If I attempt to load two ST-Is on the same PC either the PC hangs on boot, or the SBIG driver appears to only recognize one of the cameras. Took a look at the Dragonfly Telephoto Array papers and comments on the internet to see how they solved the problem and found that each camera has a separate miniature computer ( https://arxiv.org/pdf/1612.06415.pdf ). In an earlier paper ( https://arxiv.org/pdf/1401.5473.pdf ) four STF-8300M cameras were connected to one PC. I cannot seem to do this with two ST-I cameras? Can a driver be designed to take into account VID/PID and Serial Number as well? And then run each camera on a separate thread or dedicated core? Not expecting it to happen any time soon, but might be worth considering? Thank you.
