    Hello everyone.

23 hours of cumulative exposure in this HaLRGB image of NGC 1532; a snip at 50 million LY away in Eridanus.

Taken with a 12.5" RCOS and STXL11002 all AOX guided. Beautiful data it was too.

I have imaged this before, but did not get Ha. So I was delighted to see a little knot of HII seemingly 'floating' above the centre of the galaxy. It came out nicely in the 3 hours of Ha.

    thanks for checking it out.

Quite the spectacular object. Love all the contortions from the galaxies colliding.

Beautiful! It's great how you captured the colour transition from red to blue stars along the inner arm.
