SBIG AO8T Failure

    I have an SBIG AO8T that has committed suicide. Photos attached.

    The optical element is rotated 90° to where it should be and the index tab is bent. I have no idea what happened. From one night to the next my images had a dark band down the center!

    Can you provide an estimate of the repair cost and shipping back to Australia. I’m tossing up whether to just buy a new one.
