What does a "Motor Interruption Event" message from a CFW-9 on a ST2000 mean? Is the filter wheel binding, or is it a motor issue? The computer is recognizing the wheel and attempting to move the filters, but the wheel will not change positions and we keep getting this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think I've seen that message before. Are you watching it try to move? If it's binding, you should be able to see it. Send me an email, bill@sbig.com, and we can try to figure it out.

Looks like the lower axle of the wheel was slightly bent and putting the rotation into a bind. We may have resolved it.
