ST-i guider and planetary cam connection issue

    Hello,

    I am having issues in connecting my new ST-i guider to my laptop. When I go through the setup tab I continually get an error that basically says no camera found. I can hear the shudder click, the green light is on, and I can see the Camera connected in my device manager. I have tried restarting my computer, trying multiple USB ports, disabling USB 3.0, changing power setting on laptop, and trying a shorter USB cord. I really have no idea what to do. I have called the support lines with both Tim and Bill and neither have had a solution. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

    Here's a few ideas - you may have tried some of these already.
    What OS version are you running? (e.g. Win 7 64bit? Win 10 32bit?)
    Setup tab in? MaxIm DL 6.13 ?
    Have you checked the firmware version with the SBIG driver checker? Does it connect to the camera and report the info?
    Also, what is the computer you have connected? eg HP Envy TS 17 ? Does it have the latest BIOS?
