ST-i to NEQ6 Pro st4 guide port

    Hi I am new to this Forum and was just wondering if the ST-I guide port is compatible with the NEQ6 pro ST4 guide port as the pinouts seem different.

    It will work, but you need to check whether you need a flipped cable or a straight-through cable.

    I assume flipped but ST$ seems to have -RA on 6 , -Dec on 5, +Dec on 4 and +RA on 3 but ST-i seems to have -RA on 4, _Dec on 3 , +Dec on 2 and +RA on 1 so it wpold seem to not be a straight forward 1 2 3 4 5 6 to 6 5 4 3 2 1 flip ?

    Keep in mind that in the software you can usually tell it to reverse the X direction and the Y direction. This allows for situations where the +DEC is connected to -DEC or +RA to -RA.
