   Anybody knows about pixel matrix of STF 8300 colored? As this camera is colored,there should be RGB filter inside and so quantum efficiency would be much less than stf mono? Am I right?

   Yes the pattern is:
   
   R G
   G B
   
   That repeats across the sensor.
   
   Yes the QE is lower than the monochrome version. Here are the curves for comparison purposes. The monochrome curve you want is the green line - Microlens, MAR Glass.
