    Hi. Donna.
The SBIG STF-8300 I received was well received.
However, after receiving the product, the weather in Korea was not good and I could not go to shoot pictures.
Then, last night, the weather was so good that I took a photo shoot.
But I could not take pictures.
Because an abnormal phenomenon was found in the ccd, I could not proceed to shoot any more.
The reason for this is that when I look at the picture file attached, the cooling device of the ccd does not work, so the temperature of the ccd has risen by as much as 135 degrees and I was afraid that the ccd would burn.
I think there is a problem with the product itself.
What I want to do is pick up this product and then exchange it with a new one, or if you have a dealership you want to repair quickly.
However, all the costs associated with this will be borne by the seller.
    Please contact.

    Hello Lee Jin Hyuk,
Several of my colleagues have left for the day, and will be returning on Monday our time (UTC-4).
The temperature reading is -135C, which is incorrect. I suspect a faulty temperature sensor.
What is the serial number of the camera?
