    Hi all,
I have a ST10XME camera guided with a STi guider camera. The ST10 camera works properly in every way.
I'm using the latest version of CCDSoft and it recognizes both cameras. But when I try to use the STi I get the message "SBIG Bad Parameter Error Code (0x3ee). I've downloaded and updated the drivers. I removed and reinstalled the drivers and no joy. The STi is recognized by both CCDSoft and CCDops but I keep getting the bad parameter message. Never had this problem before today.
I'm using Windows 7 pro 64bit I've rebooted the computer and also the STi but, no luck.
    I'm sure it's something simple I've missed.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Bob

Everyone is on vacation until Jan 2. I’ll try to help as much as I can.

Are you getting the same error code with CCDOPS?

    Hi Doug,

    Amazing customer service! Thanks!
Turns out the STi thought it had a filter wheel. So I unchecked it and Voila problem gone.
I've no clue how it got that way.
In any case, At least I got to do something in the observatory with all this rain.

    Happy New Year,
    Bob
