Hello all, somewhat of a related problem perhaps. Lately, while shooting subframes in continuous mode w/ my STX-16803 and MaximDL, the software stops, and displays the following error: “ Error retrieving image array size.” Is this related to the issue mentioned above, and is there a solution? Something similar is also happening with regular frequency while I am attempting to perform auto focus runs in MaximDL. The last couple of nights the auto focus routine has unexpectedly halted - and an error message is displayed mentioning that the necessary hardware is not connected.
Nick, this is unrelated. Please start a separate thread and provide all the details including versions, check you have the latest driver checker and firmware in the camera, and that USB selective suspend windows power management is off.
