    Hello?
I use the STL-11k mono. It have many vertical streaks(file attached, Bias and Dark).
Of course, it can be neutralized by dark and bias substractions.(not completely, attacted file, Maxim)
    Questions:
    1. Are there any method to correct the vertical streaks completely?(software? or something else methods?)
    2. Can I fix thoroughly this by board changes or some by SBIG? How much does it cost(mail please), if possible?

    Thanks
    Richard M

I had that problem with an STL: 11000M. I found that properly temperature calibrated dark frames got rid of nearly all of it. Picfix.exe freeware from Focalpointe observatory gets rid of the rest.

If you don't call back tonight I will call you in the morning.
    Cheers
