I shot a bunch of LRGB dusk flats and they all turned out fine except for the Red ones. Does anyone know what the weird stuff is on the sides? Not trees since the OTA was pointed straight up and I have open sky there.
    Are these usable?
What do you think it is?

It looks like liquid water on the surface of mars... or at least at the edge of the frame. Any chance its a frost/dew/condensation/dessicant issue? Looks fractally.

Hmm you could be on to something, it does look like moisture or frost and now I see other filters doing the same thing. I think it might be time to regenerate the desiccant. Camera is 2yrs old and I never did - seems like it slipped my mind. Thanks
