Widows 10 problem

    Hello
    I have a ST 8300 M/C . Recently my observatory,s computers hard drive died. I got a new computer wih windows 10 and downloaded V3.11 build2 64bit Everything seem fine until I tell Nebulosity 4 to connect to the camera. It does the usual clicking the shutter and al then gives me "error getting extended 3 info on camera"

    Are you able to connect to the camera with CCDOps?

    I use Nebulosity 4, have for years with no problems.

    Mike, I think the reason Tim suggested CCDOps as its really basic, and might help them diagnose matters.
