Hi I am commissioning a new set up. The SC3 has been used for a while, the AOX, whilst new, has not been used until now. I can exercise the AOX and I can see that is happening in the AO log. But when it comes to calibrate the AO, it fails immediately on the first exposure with the following error “AO has reporting invalid status. Operation aborted’ and can you confirm with this set up I select Sensor 1? Please advise Martin
Correct, Sensor 1. Camera 2 will be the SC3. AO should be set up on Sensor 1 of Camera 2. No AO associated with whatever Camera 1 is. Check your SC-3 has the latest firmware (v6 for the original SC-3 family which is what I think you have; v7 for the SC-3E family). https://diffractionlimited.com/aluma-fpga-firmware/ Check that the DL Imaging drivers are 2.4.0.0. You can check this in DL Config. If you need to update: https://diffractionlimited.com/down/SetupDLAPI.exe
Hello, Could you please clarify what did you do with the power plug to solve the problem? I ran into the same problem.
