Our SBIG ST-i guide camera no longer detects any light and reads zero counts for each exposure. I was referred here by Bill to check if we could send it in to get fixed if you have the necessary parts to fix it.

    Any help is appreciated.

Hi Lucas, what's the serial number of the camera?
My colleague @Tim handles repairs, and there aren't a lot of parts left, so he will have to get back to you on whether we can fix your particular camera.

Yes, we have a very limited supply of parts. So if you send it in, we can not guarantee a fix.

If you want to send it, please submit the following RMA contact form to begin the return process. Once I receive the submission, I can provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

Thank you Tim. I have relayed your information to my advisor Dr. Sherry Fieber-Beyer who will be making the decision. If she chooses to submit the RMA, it will be under her name.
