I own a Sbig ST9xe dual sensor. I have a problem I try to explain here: my computer with USB cable can connect to CCD, but ST9 does not turn on. The power supplier is OK, but power on led does not light on and also fan does not work. So, current can reach CCD, but it does not work. I hope to have explained well. All drivers are updated. I use it with Windows 10. Can you help me ? Thanks ! Mirco
Mirco, I'm unclear how you can establish a link to your software if the camera does not turn on. Do you mean that you cannot get an image from it? -Bill
Bill, I mean that computer can see CCD, but it is impossible to connect as led light and fan don't work. So ccd is power off...also I made a test and I saw that ground is off. Mirco
