BF "w/ threaded adapter plate" = "with" or "without"

Hi

I also have a question about the Backfocus table for STF-8300 :

Does the "Camera + FW + OAG (w/ threaded adapter plate)" mean "with" or "without" the plate ?

I just bought a stf-8300 and I have to configure some adapters.
My measurements are 58.2 mm "without" adapter plate, could you confirm this ?

The "w" means with.

My mistake was measuring parts separatly, without removing the front plate from the camera.
