I tried to upgrade from Maxim IP to Maxim Pro, I received a coupon code, but when I used it, my sale was not processed, and when trying again, it said the code was invalid, already used. I need to talk to someone to get it revalidated or a new code issued. Order number 5089. Thanks. Tom
I see your order in the database, but it looks like your Payment Profile failed to register with the credit card processor. That means the order can't be processed. I've set your coupon to allow another attempt. I think.
doug, It coupon code appeared to work when I ordered the program again. It showed the discounted price, etc. I paid for it via my credit card, I received the license, then the receipt. But when looking at the receipt, my credit card was charged the full amount. Can you have someone refund back the difference? The order number is 5104. Please advise. Thanks. Cheers, Tom
Everything looks to be working correctly. You need to go through the process to receive an upgrade discount coupon, in order to get the reduced price.
