Hi, The power cable for my STF-8300M got connection problem. When I plug in the power cable onto the camera and tighten the screw, the camera cannot get power from the power cable. But when I loosen the screw and twist the cable at certain angle, it work. I suspect either the socket not "grapping" the power cable joint firmly or the power cable got internal breakage. The center post is the issue. If you take a small blade to the post and SLIGHTLY spread the two halves apart a bit, it will make better contact.
