Resolved FilterWheel Anomaly's

    Not sure if this is a hardware issue or a TSX issue
    I notice something strange with my filter wheel FW8S-STXL, if i change the filters in increasing order from say slot 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 etc it always takes about 4 to 5 seconds to complete the move.
    If however I go from slot 8 to 7 to 6 etc it takes 14 to 15 seconds to complete the move.
    Is this normal?

    The short answer would be yes. The wheel only turns in one direction. To go from 7 to 8, the wheel only travels a short distance. To go from 8 to 7, the wheel does a full rotation.
