    Having download problems?
For years, some items on our web site use the File Transfer Protocol known as FTP.
You may see a URL like:
    ftp://ftp.sbig.com/pub/SetupDriverChecker64.exe

    Mozilla Firefox:
This just works (as of this writing version 86.01).
You can download from ftp easily.

    Google Chrome:
Google Chrome won't do it any more, unless you change a setting to enable FTP again like it used to be.
(as of this writing, version 89.0.4389.90)
In the address bar, put in:
    chrome://flags/#enable-ftp
    Then change this to Enabled
    chome_ftp.png

    Microsoft Edge:
In the Address Bar, put in:
    edge://flags/#enable-ftp
Then change it from Default to Enabled:
    edge_ftp.png

Over time, we'll migrate everything to http/https.
However this should get you going again.
