    Hi Colin & Doug

    I am using the main sensor in the ST2000 for guiding. It is much easier to find a good guide star.

    As for the cables, once I am pointed at an object, I will usually take up the slack in the cable bundles and tie them off on the mount so that there is not so much weight hanging off the back of the camera.
