I was setting up the camera and it ran for a second with CCDOPS but then wouldn't connect with MAximDL. Then I tried updating the drivers and since then the camera is not connecting In either CCDOPS or MaximDl. I also saw one of the older forum posts and tried to revert the drivers to the old 4.99 version but still nothing happened. I'm not sure what's wrong.
Hello Nikita, sorry to hear you are having trouble. If one of your cameras is an STXL, then I do recommend reverting so you have sbigudrv 4.99 build 7. If not, then 5.0.2.0 does work with the ST-I. When changing drivers, it is useful to power cycle everything just to be sure. #1 problem with the ST-I is cabling - the Mini USB B jack can get loose. I recommend you check the cable into the camera, and make sure it is secured so that the strain is not on the connector. Let us know if you need assistance.
