STF-8300M error code 1008 (3f0)

    Hello,

    In behalf of a friend whos happening while on BIN 1x1, other BIN not happening. What can be happening?

    CCDSoft as the main capture software.

    CCDSoft was made by Software Bisque: https://www.bisque.com/
    It was discontinued several years ago, and is not supported.
    You'll have to check with them for info on the error code.
    My best guess is that the camera is setup wrong or has a communication problem with the computer.
