DL Imaging drivers not supported on Mac Parallels

    Hi Adam,

    Running Windows 11 with Parallels on a Mac, can't get the drivers to install.

    That's not a supported configuration. But maybe I can offer a suggestion.

    We would need some specific information:
    - what camera hardware exactly
    - which Mac - and which processor (eg Intel or Apple M1/M2)
    - version of MacOS
    - version of Parallels
    - version of Windows 11 under Parallels

    Definitely an Apple Silicon related problem.
    Sbig Aluma 694
    Apple MacBook Pro M2
    MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
    Parallels Desktop 18.3.2
    Windows 11Home 21H2

    hope this helps, buying a cheap Win laptop today as a fix.

    Sorry, we can't even test that configuration - we don't have that combination here. It's unsupported.
