My mirror in the guider is damaged, is it possible to get a replacement? Or should I just get it recoated.

    Cheers

Hi Stu, my colleague @Tim can likely provide a replacement mirror or provide a part number.
    Mind my asking what happened?

    Hi Colin,
Sorry, it's been a while since the request. Tim, indeed, had contacted me.

I do not know what happened to the mirror, I bought the camera secondhand and there is a mark on the mirror which is where some of the Al has been either worn out or corroded away. I've attached a picture for you, hope it explains the situation. My standalone aoutoguider (StarAid Revolution) is working well, but for the long FL imaging I want to persue I think that this is a better solution. The StarAid Revoltion does have a tendency to chase the seeing.

    Cheers
    Stuart

Hey @Tim can you contact Stuart about providing a replacement mirror?
The one in the photo looks like it was damaged re-installed poorly - I see glue or RTV silicone at the bottom corners.
