I just got the announcement of DL 7.0 - I clicked on the link but get a forum error "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". I currently have an active DL 6.5 License with Expiry: 2025/05/27. Is there another link to upgrade? Thanks Jason

We need to enforce security. We can't expose the download links publicly because it leads to abuse by hackers. We used to get crazy thing happening like 100 downloads a day from the same IP address for no reason. John, you're already registered as a customer so you just have to click the link.
We had to block Chinese IP addresses on the ASCOM Platform download site. The intellectual property mining and hacking traffic was insane. The Platform was getting downloaded like a thousand times a day!
