SBIG STF 8300M - 1000 ADU problem

    Hello,
    my STF 8300M camera worked fine so far but last week it only gave back 'black' images with a sharp peak at 1000 ADU (see attached files). The fan and cooler both work fine. I tested 2 different USB cables and I measured the voltage on the power supply (11.9V). The effect occurs with CCDOPS and Maxim DL. Please can you help me?
