I have a ST10XME that I've used for years, no problem. I got a new window 10 laptop, installed the camera drivers (just like always), installed CCDsoft and sequence generator Pro (I mainly use that). The camera works with ccdsoft fine, but with SGpro everthing works but the resulting image download is completely black.

What am I doing wrong? I don't know if it's SGpro, the camera or windows 10. Right now I have a very expensive "door stop". Any advice would be appreciated.

Is SGPro set up to use the correct image sensor? (eg main sensor, not the guide sensor or remote guide head if you have one of the RGH capable ST-10XME).

Colin...thanks for the quick replay. I couldn't get any help from that this morning. What I did do was add the words "SBIG Camera" in "Equipment Profile Manger" and that seemed to work...IOWs the downloaded image showed up with detail and structure (dust donuts) like it should. I won't be able to test it fully until the weather clears but it looks as if I am "good to go".

    Thanks again for your help.
