My computer (PrimaLuceLab Eagle 6) can see the AC 455 camera in the camera setup, but when I try to connect the camera, the maxim 7 software briefly displays "camera 1 cooler off", and then the software shuts down.

I have installed the camera through the thunderbolt port and the sonnettech solo 10g shows green lights on the indicators. I have installed the Maxin 6 and 7 programs that were supplied on the provided thumb drives. I have also installed the drivers per the Readme file that came with the thumb drive.

I have followed the instructions to ensure the Microsoft kernel dma protection is off

The Maxim 6 installation cannot find the camera at all.

Has anyone had this problem and can offer advice

Addendum: I am not sure why, but when I connected the SC-4 both cameras can be controlled and tested. Nothing else was changed. The Maxim 6 app cannot find the AC 455 but does find the SC-4
