Any news? I am still waiting on hearing back from PrimaLuceLab regarding the crashing of their control system when connecting the thunderbolt port. In the meantime, I have formulated a couple work arounds. the first is simple, I turn on the power to the connected camera (which crashes the control system) and then do a hard reboot using the button on the Eagle 6. The Control system then boots up and stays on. A second is to use a small usb monitor and keypad (easily portable and no need to external power) and can then easily relog into the Eagle 6 in the field. I am also plannig to test directly attaching the camera to my laptop thunderbolt; to see if the problem is more universal (I suspect it is not). After driving 600 or so miles for dark skies, I like to have several redundant systems. Regards,
Ok, thanks for letting me know. Typically people leave this stuff powered up and connecteed; in the case of remote desktop its all over the map. Some folks use Anydesk or other tools like RealVNC that seem to behave differently. Development sent me a pre-release of MaxIm 7.2 and some driver updates etc. Once I'm done testing and any loose ends are tidied up, I'd like to get it over to you for feedback.
