I know this has been a long standing issue with the 11002 and there are many posts about it. One STXL I am using is now getting receive timout errors every night, and often many times per night. The drivers are up to date, as is the firmware and the camera is plugged directly into the PC. was any other solution identified? thanks Martin
Can you provide more information? 1. What software specifically is giving a "receive timeout"? 2. is there an error code? 3. is there a log? 4. What action was underway when this occurred? 1. The SkyX 64bit..... 2. I think I saw both 30007 and 30008? 3. No 4. Just regular imaging, under AO control USB selective suspend is disabled. Have moved over to RJ45 connectivity and it has not occurred since to date.
