I read a prior post from someone with the same issue. Thought it was a stuck shutter. The plan was to update driver and firmware. I updated drivers back in 6/24. Would this still be the course of action? This is not happening with the autoguider image. Is it possible to open the case and free the shutter? Thanks for your help...

    The shutter isn't working correctly.

Make sure the screws holding the adapter aren't protruding into the shutter.

You should open up the camera and make sure there isn't anything obvious.

If the shutter has failed, we do still have some spares.

Thanks Doug. To be clear, the screws your talking about are the ones holding the main body to the filter wheel correct?

Yes. If the wrong screws were installed, they can block the shutter.
