Cooling fans stopped working

    Hi,
    I have an Aluma 3200M, (SN AL 3200M 18121201) which has been operating flawlessly for several years. Last night, upon booting it up, the usual high energy fan start did not occur. Turning on cooling, chip cooling power went to 100% trying to get to the set point of -25C. However the fans never started. The coolest the chip got was about -8C. I rebooted the camera a few time (cycled power, and connect/disconnected from MaxDL) all to no avail. The fans rotate easily if I turn the blades. Is there anymore I can do here?
