Hello I have a question for you. STXL-11002 camera is strange operation. ALL Connecting is Okay. Also cooling is Okay. Cooling Fan is good. BUT If I Push the Maxim DL connect button Cooling Fan is DOWN. If I push the Cooler Temp button next set tempo -10C This is cooling Power 100% BUT Don't down Tempo. I don't understand this situation. How to fix this? Peltier is broken? Thank you.

Thank you for clarifying. I would suspect the electronics more than the cooler itself. Although it has happened in the past, it is pretty rare for the cooler to fail. Send me an email at bill@sbig.com and we'll talk about sending it in. -Bill
I sent my STXL-11K, AO-X, FW8G-STXL Serial number is STXL-11K : X13110296, AO-X : 1401, FW8G-STXL: 1310 BUT you send me e-mail this is not problem. I was test before I sent you my ccd. also ccd operate not down tempo. ALSO ccd cooler power is 100%. If you can operate ccd and AO-X. Can I get a picture operating CCD and AO-X? Taewoo, I noticed you've got MaxIm DL set up to run two cameras: SBIG Universal, and SBIG w/ AO. Technically, your STXL and self-guiding filter wheel should be set up under Camera 1 as "SBIG w/ AO" in "Dual Chip Mode" with the "Guide Chip" set to "External Remote" in the "Setup Camera" dialog. Is this how you were connecting to your camera when it was failing? Cheers, -Adam
Taewoo, The email I sent to SK of Dongwoo was because there was no information with the equipment explaining why it was sent. I wasn't implying that I had tested it and couldn't find any problems, I was only asking him to give me some information. I haven't tested the equipment yet. -Bill
