I apologize if this post overlaps any previous posts/ As I was unable to find anything similar to my problem.
    Located in France.

    Have a ST-8300M
Acts weird for some reason. USB works ok.
But shutter acts erratic or abnormal, Temp Sensor indicates the wrong measurement. And the picture is 4 images.
More like a image divided by 4.
I dropped Bill a couple calls, but never heard back.

Is there something I need to check?
Or am I missing something very easy here?
    Thanks Team!
    -Ray

Everyone is on holidays until the new year, including Bill. I'm afraid you'll have to try him again after the holidays.

My guess is that the EEprom has gotten corrupted. If you have the Advanced menu in CCDops you could check the camera config.

I didn't get the email Ray nor did have any phone messages over the Holidays. It's hard for me to read the text in the images in the post above. Although in 2.jpg I can see it says Camera: ST-402 but there is no serial number after S/N. This leads me to believe the EEprom has been corrupted. It appears you have the Advanced menu, I believe there is a Camera Config under that menu that would allow you enter the correct model information and maybe the serial number. I'll be better able to answer from work where I have the same software. If we can connect tomorrow by phone or email I'll be better able to help. bill@sbig.com, 805 308-6979.
