Hi, I'm probably doing something really idiotic, but for some reason I can't get my AC4040 to be recognized on a new observatory PC I've just installed. I was able to set up the AC4040 with no issues on the older PC (a relatively high end 4-year-old Dell running Win 10. The new PC is a Dell, also running Win 10. I've run setupDLAP and the DLImagingAscomDriverInstaller from The Diffraction site. Programs and features shows both as being installed. The SCE camera shows up in DL config, but the AC4040 does not, and has an error note on the device manager page. Interestingly, although the SCE works with Maxim DL6, it does not appear in the device manager.
    What mistake am I making?
    Thanks,
    Mark Manner

Ok, my idiotic mistake was not trying to update drivers via the 'Universal Serial Bus' as opposed to USB Serial Port under 'ports'. Of course the instructions Doug posted on this forum say that, but I read poorly.
All good now, sorry for the bandwidth usage.

No problem - main thing is you got it working.
