Access to Customer-Only Area

    Hello

    I am trying to look at a post dating back to Jan 15 in the Maxim DL software forum, but all of these older posts are throwing up and error on the website as if they are no longer available?

    Can access to this older information be provided?

    That should not be... can you provide a link to a topic that isn't working?

    You can't get into it because you're listed as "Standard User" instead of "Customer".

    Since I know you're a customer, I'll manually set your status. Then you will be able to access it.

    I've also renamed this thread to indicate what the problem actually was...
