My Allsky 340 software will not save a .jpg image unless the Allsky program is run as administrator. Occasionally after a windows update the desktop reboots and it is necessary to restart the Allsky program however; I sometimes forget to start the program as administrator and spend time trying to determine why the program is not saving .jpg images. Is there some setting that will resolve this issue and allow images to be saved without running the program as administrator? Using Windows 10 Pro Thanks, Dan
Off the top, the only reason that would happen is if you were trying to save the images into a protected folder - e.g. program files, C:, etc.
