How will the Aluma AC455 interface with SBisque SKYX Camera+ software? From SBisque website: On Windows, use the SBIG ASCOM Camera plug in to control these cameras. SBIG Aluma model cameras must be controlled with the new version of the SBIG camera driver. SBIG has released the new Software Development Kit (SDK) but a suitable X2 Camera Plug In has not been released (no scheduled release date at this time). I have found in the past non-X2 supported instruments can be glitchy, especially when setting up portable cameras using imaging and plate solving. Also, when using the mechanical shutter on guiding cameras. My STT8300 works flawlessly with theSKY Camera software. I am using TheSky Professional with the Camera+ software add-on under Windows 10 Do you have a release estimate for the X2 plug in? I will also post a similar question on the SBisque forum.
