Woke up around 4AM and the allure of a cup of Kicking Horse coffee was to much, so decided to get up and indulge and also image M42. Good timing as it was transiting and the night was crisp and clear.

    Details:
    mount AP 900
    scope AP Riccardi-Honders Astrograph 305mm-f/3.8
    imager STC-7
    guide SC-2
    SQM 20.94

Nine subs of 60 seconds for each RGB component. Captured and processed in Maxim with some extra work in Photoshop.
