    Hi,

    I have a problem with my AO8 unit. The glass has stopped moving in one direction.
    I took off the unit from the scope and performed the exercise function. Indeed glass moves just in one direction (left-right).
    The glass is also tilted at maximum in the direction where it doesn't move (software says it's the Y axis). It seems stuck.
    Let me say I'm new with the AO8; initially I had trouble using the unit and glass kept tilting at maximum after 1 or 2 minutes of guiding. Now it is stuck in Y. The Y motor seems dead.
    Let me know if I need to send it for repair.

    What is the serial number of the AO-8 unit ?
    I expect it will have to go to @Bill for repair.

    Colin, the serial number of the AO8 is: AO8160701. It was bought on line at Sbig in 2018, if I recall correctly. I'll contact Bill. thanks Stefano
