    Hi.

I tried to make the code by using the script on the command Maxim DL supported.

But, I couldn't find the script command to take the effect as Warm-Up button clicked.

Is there any way or the command which is not contained on MaximDL help file?

Thank you for your quick answer. Doug !

Your answer is same with my script coded.
But.. This script doesn't work exactly same with clicking warm-up button.
I think your answer means.. there is no way doing as clicking warm-up button.. right?

If so, I hope to make the command inside Maxim DL and update.

I tried to search same asking in this forum. And I found one.
But he doesn't take the right way like me. :(

    I think..
To remove the humidity on the CCD chip inside camera after shooting,
we need to make the CCD temperature up to 20C as quick as possible like clicking warm-up button.

    How do you think Doug?

    Thanks.

The warm up button does NOT warm it up as quickly as possible; it does the exact opposite of that. It is intended to warm it up slowly.

If you want it to warm up as quickly as possible, turn the cooler off.

    Okay.. Doug.

    * Anyway I have QSI583wsg CCD model. This CCD warmming speed is faster by clicking warm-up button after making the cooler off. So I wanted to cool so.

    Thanks.

It does not work that way. There is nothing faster than turning off the cooler. It isn’t like there’s a heater in the camera.
