My camera is returning nothing but blank frames. It connects to the software just fine, I'm able to set the temperature as well as change the exposure time. I've also noticed that pixel values are all set to 1000. I'm looking for any advice on how to troubleshoot/repair this issue; unfortunately the camera seems to believe that nothing is wrong and thus I have no error codes to provide. Thanks in advance!
Hi Dom, sorry to hear this. All pixels at 1000 is indicative of a hardware failure, which is pretty rare. Please complete the following RMA form, and my colleague @Tim will be in touch regarding sending it in for repair: https://diffractionlimited.com/request-rma/ The form will require the serial number and purchase date - if you can't find it, please put in a reasonable placeholder.
