Button labels and font size in SBIG Driver Checker

    Interesting, I've never been able to access these lower button controls (including the ABOUT for version verification) since their placement is malformed per the attached. This has never concerned me much since the upper DRIVERS and FIRMWARE controls do function. I'm on v4.0.5.0, and running Windows 11.

    Hi Frank, that's a Windows feature.

    It's called "High Dot-Per-Inch Display scaling" and it happens to any number of programs.

    Probably you have a hi-resolution display (eg 4K) and have your display settings adjusted, so it is doing font scaling (eg 125%, 150%) to make it more readable.

    Right click the icon for the SBIG Driver Checker program, and select Properties.
    Then click the Compatibility tab.
    Then click the button labelled [Change high DPI settings]
    You will then see a High DPI scaling override option. Try turning that on.
    Or try the other options on that page.

    That did the trick, Colin. Thank you! But "Scaling performed by . . ." required changing from "Application" to "System". All order in the universe has now been restored.
