Can not calibrate AO-X - BobC

    Hi Adam
    I too am having trouble with my AOX but wil try one of your suggestions.
    I can't seem to activate my old account from 2012 though, last ntime I used it as I switched to Macs.
    The tech support rego asks for my first and last name but I noticed on my old MaxIm DL 5.18 license,
    it has Robert J Cornect on it and I wonder if this is confusing the verification as I asks for only first and last name.
    My serial number is 24Y6N
